Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free and tracked. Orders usually arrive within 5–9 working days of being placed. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Returns

If you're not happy with your cushion, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. This is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To start a return, email suvalskidamir@gmail.com with your order email address. We'll reply with the return address. Please keep proof of postage. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your cushion arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including any return postage. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
